Friends of the Cuba Library, Inc. is a non-profit 501 (c) (3). We support the Cuba Circulating Library through fundraisers. We advocate for the library and donate funds in support of needs not covered in the library's operating budget.

In 2023, we donated over $10,000 to the library.

Our fund raising supported the children's area construction project, the purchase of children's furniture, prizes and incentives for the summer reading program, presentations by the Haudenosaunee storyteller, Perry Ground, arts programming, and Library Workers' Appreciation Day.

Book Sale Donation Guidelines
We accept clean, odor free books with no visible signs of mold, mildew, dust, or stains. We also accept audiobooks, CDs, DVDs, board games, puzzles, video games, encyclopedias, and condensed books.
Please try to limit your donations one to two boxes or bags per visit.
We do not accept textbooks that are more than ten years old, cassettes or VHS tapes.

Please check for personal items before submitting your donation.
Please take all donations downstairs and place them in the bin in the hallway.
We currently accept books until two weeks before the sale.
We begin accepting new donations three weeks after the last sale.
